Upgrade ops-tempo

1. Pull the target version image (Offline Package Download)

   crictl pull registry.cn-hangzhou.aliyuncs.com/mdpublic/ops-tempo:VERSION

2. Modify the corresponding image version in the /data/mingdao/script/kubernetes/ops.yaml file;

3. Update the yaml to apply the new version

   kubectl apply -f /data/mingdao/script/kubernetes/ops.yaml
