Upgrade ops-agent

1. Pull the image file of the target version (offline package download)

   docker pull registry.cn-hangzhou.aliyuncs.com/mdpublic/ops-agent:<version>

2. Modify the corresponding image version in the /data/mingdao/script/ops.yaml file.

3. Update yaml to apply the new version

   docker-compose -f /data/mingdao/script/ops.yaml up -d
